An EAP is a benefit sponsored by your employer designed to improve the personal and professional life of you and your eligible dependents. All services are confidential and available at no cost.
Employees enrolled in one of our 3 insurance plans (Plan A, Plan B and Plan C), and their dependents 2 years of age and older, may utilize the wellness center. Eligible users must call the wellness center to make an appointment. There is no fee for appointments, or medications and labs dispensed/conducted at the wellness center.

Charlotte County Public Schools is excited to announce the re-opening of their employee wellness center with their new vendor, Marathon Health. CCPS is excited to continue this benefit to their employees, retirees and dependents. Marathon Health providers will diagnose, treat and prescribe for a wide variety of common illnesses and minor injuries. Health assessments and coaching to build healthy habits and manage chronic conditions will also be provided from the convenient location. There is no co-pay for services at the employee wellness center. Eligible users include employees, retirees and dependents (2 years of age and older) who are enrolled in one of the District’s three health plans.
