As part of its investment in employee health and wellness, employees, dependents and retirees can access the CCPS Employee Wellness Center.

How to register and schedule an appointment
To access the wellness center, you first need to register on the Marathon Health portal. Once you register, you can schedule same or next-day appointments that are in-person, by phone or virtual.

Who can use the wellness center?
Employees, retirees, covered spouses and dependents aged two and older enrolled in Charlotte County Public Schools health plans are eligible for services at the CCPS Employee Wellness Center.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge for preventative or wellness visits; however, some lab tests collected at the center and processed externally may require additional payment.
Commonly prescribed medications can be dispensed at the center during your appointment for no charge after establishing care with a Marathon Health provider.
Even though the wellness center does not charge a co-pay for preventative/well visits, it only charges $25 for acute/sick visits, please bring your insurance card to verify eligibility.
