Focus Parent Portal

Starting School Year 22-23, more information will be discovered online ONLY using the Focus Parent Portal! Parents will continue to access report cards and other important student information like current course grades, attendance, discipline referrals, and progress monitoring results. In addition, parents can update some beginning of the year forms such as the Consent Form, Student Emergency Card and Student Digital Resource Access Modification Request.

When registering, please have the following information:

  • The student CCPS Id number
  • The student Date of Birth
  • The Parent Account Pin Number
    Contact your child’s school for the Parent Account Pin.

FOCUS Parent Portal F.A.Q.

  • FOCUS Parent Portal is a web-based tool for parents to monitor their student's progress throughout the school year. FOCUS Parent Portal provides the following information:

    • Attendance summaries
    • Grading and transcript summaries
    • Class assignments

  • FOCUS Parent Portal is available to all CCPS students PK- 12. Accounts are only available to students and parents or guardians.

  • Review the Parent Portal Instructions document to create your Focus Account.

  • FOCUS Parent Portal accounts roll over from year to year, so when your child moves from middle school to high school, you do not have to create a new account. Also, if your student moves to another school in our district, your account will be updated with the new school information.

  • Visit the FOCUS Parent Portal login page (focus.yourcharlotteschools.net) once you have received your log-in information from your student's school.
