Charlotte County Public Schools is thrilled to announce the launch of a pioneering Career Planning Guide to support students through the pivotal decisions surrounding the 3E's: Employment, Enlistment, and Enrollment. The full implementation of this comprehensive guide is set to commence in August.

 

The Career Planning Guide leads each student to select an "E" (enrollment, employment, or enlistment) for their future, accompanied by step-by-step guidance for their chosen career path.

 

The district will utilize Xello to provide guidance and additional resources for students and their families.

Charlotte County Public Schools is thrilled to announce the launch of a pioneering Career Planning Guide to support students through the pivotal decisions surrounding the 3E's: Employment, Enlistment, and Enrollment.

Superintendent Mark Vianello expressed enthusiasm about the guide, stating, "We believe in providing our students with a relevant education and the tools they need to make informed decisions about their future. The Career Planning Guide aligns seamlessly with our Portrait of a Graduate, our core values, and our commitment to fostering success for all, in all aspects of students' lives."

 

The Career Planning Guide aims to ensure 100% of Charlotte County's students leave high school with a well-thought-out plan, optimizing their return on investment throughout their educational journey. This student-focused initiative anticipates higher engagement and aims to retain local talent in meaningful careers, ultimately contributing to the strength and vitality of Charlotte County as a community.
